This past weekend called for a diva tweetdown. Singer Madonna made a bittersweet remark towards Lady Gaga as Lindsay Lohan went right for Amanda Bynes.

It all started Saturday evening while Madonna was performing on her current tour in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Before the eighties icon sang her song “Masterpiece,” she went on to dedicate the song to Gaga. The singer said, “I’m gonna dedicate this next song to Lady Gaga. ‘Cause you wanna know something? I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery…” @MaterialGirl, the Twitter page covering Madonna’s MDNA Tour, quoted the singer, but then deleted the tweet.

This wasn’t the first time Madonna took a jab at Lady Gaga, nor was it the only call out that happened this weekend. Former Disney star, Lindsay Lohan, went after ex-Nickelodeon actress Amanda Bynes for all the controversy she’s caused lately. In case you’ve been hiding under a rock, Amanda has been getting in to serious trouble with the law lately including car accidents, a hit-and-run, and driving with a suspended license. Ironically enough, Lindsay is not having any of it!

Lindsay went to her Twitter late Sunday night to criticize not Amanda’s actions, but the punishment that’s happened to the actress. As most of us know, Lindsay doesn’t have a clean record from her past. She went on to tweet that the consequences aren’t fair regarding similarities to their reckless behavior.
