Drake concluded Weekend 1 of Coachella on Sunday night by performing a marathon of hits including “Legend,” “Preach,” “Marvin’s Room,” “Headlines,” and “Truffle Butter” sans Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne.
After dropping a live rendition of “Madonna” off his recently-released mixtape If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late, Madge gyrated onstage and performed “Human Nature” and “Hung Up.” At the end of her surprise appearance, the pop icon walked towards Drizzy — who was sitting in a chair — and went in for a long make-out session.
After the aggressive French kiss, the Rebel Heart artist declared “B**ch I’m Madonna” as she walked off the stage, while Drake wiped his face and said, “Oh, s**t! What the f**k just happened?”
The star-studded Coachella fest also saw performances from AC/DC, The Weeknd, Alesso, Kaskade, Florence + the Machine, and David Guetta. Celebs including Paris Hilton, Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Cody Simpson, and Justin Bieber were also spotted at the annual music and arts festival.
The three-day festival resumes with Weekend 2, featuring the same acts as the first weekend, on Friday, April 17.
